Warranty Coverage

• Product Coverage: This warranty applies to watch movements and functionality used by Lincoln Wing Watches and purchased directly from Lincoln Wing Watches or an authorised retailer.
• Coverage Includes:
1. Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
2. Repairs or replacements for defective parts and labor.
3. Watches with stopped movements that have not been tampered with.
• Warranty Period: Coverage lasts for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase by the first consumer.

What is Covered

This warranty protects against any defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use during the warranty period. Lincoln Wing Watches will repair or replace, free of charge, any product or component found to be defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship under standard usage and maintenance.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not include issues caused by factors unrelated to materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

• Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations.
• Customer-initiated modifications or opening of the watch casing.
• Failure to follow instructions provided in the product manual or accompanying materials.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and discolouration.
• Water damage from immersion (except for models with upgraded water resistance).

How to Claim Warranty

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Ensure you include a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice showing the original purchase date.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product to Lincoln Wing Watches. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product.
4. Inspection and Service: Upon receipt of your item, Lincoln Wing Watches will evaluate the issue and notify you of the claim’s status within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Lincoln Wing Watches is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or from a breach of this warranty. Implied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed warranty. Your rights under this warranty may vary depending on local laws.
